2257 Compliance Statement

1. Overview

FeetFansly requires all creators to comply with applicable age-verification, recordkeeping and performer documentation obligations, including where applicable 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A.

2. Creator Obligations

Creators represent and warrant that:

• All persons depicted in uploaded content were at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of production.
• Valid government-issued identification was reviewed before production.
• All required age, identity and consent records are maintained by the legally responsible producer.
• All required records are accurate and available for lawful inspection where applicable.

3. Platform Rights

FeetFansly may require creators to provide:

• Government-issued identification.
• Performer releases.
• Consent documentation.
• Producer certifications.
• Custodian-of-record information.
• Additional documents required by law, processors or platform risk controls.

4. Records and Documentation

Creators are responsible for maintaining legally sufficient records for content they produce, upload, distribute or monetize through FeetFansly.

5. Non-Compliance

FeetFansly may remove, refuse, suspend or permanently ban content or accounts where age, identity, consent or recordkeeping documentation is missing, inconsistent, suspicious or not produced upon request.

FeetFansly is not the primary producer of third-party uploaded content, unless expressly stated otherwise.
