1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or using FeetFansly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Account & Eligibility
FeetFansly is strictly intended for adults aged eighteen (18) years or older, or the age of legal majority in the user's jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
- You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
- You will maintain accurate account information.
FeetFansly may request identity verification, age verification or additional documentation at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Content involving minors or age-ambiguous persons.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Human trafficking or exploitation.
- Non-consensual intimate content.
- Revenge pornography.
- Prostitution or escort services.
- Fraud or money laundering.
- Malware, hacking or unauthorized access.
- Harassment, threats or doxxing.
- Copyright infringement.
Violations may result in content removal, suspension or permanent termination of accounts.
4. Creator Obligations
Creators are solely responsible for content uploaded to FeetFansly.
Creators represent and warrant that:
- They own or control all rights to their content.
- All persons depicted are adults.
- Written consent has been obtained and retained.
- All information provided to FeetFansly is accurate.
- All applicable laws and regulations are followed.
Creators grant FeetFansly a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute content solely for Platform operations.
FeetFansly may review, moderate, approve, reject, restrict or remove content before or after publication in order to comply with applicable laws, payment processor requirements and card network standards
Creators acknowledge that content publication is not automatic and may be delayed, refused, restricted or removed as part of compliance, risk management and safety procedures.
5. Payment Terms
FeetFansly uses third-party payment processors, including CCBill, to facilitate transactions, subscriptions and creator payouts.
Transactions are subject to:
- Processor rules;
- Card network regulations;
- Fraud prevention measures;
- Compliance obligations.
Platform commissions and applicable fees may change at any time.
6. Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
FeetFansly and its payment processor reserve the right to issue refunds, credits or reversals where appropriate, including:
- Fraud;
- Duplicate charges;
- Billing errors;
- Technical issues;
- Legal requirements.
7. Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes are strictly prohibited.
FeetFansly reserves the right to:
- Reverse creator earnings;
- Delay payouts;
- Place reserves on accounts;
- Suspend monetization features;
- Terminate accounts involved in abuse.
8. AI Generated Content
AI-generated or synthetic content may be permitted where compliant with applicable laws and Platform policies.
AI content must not:
- Depict minors.
- Impersonate real persons without consent.
- Mislead users regarding authenticity.
- Circumvent verification requirements.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
FeetFansly may require labeling of AI-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitmap Coders LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, software and platform materials are owned by Bitmap Coders LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or exploited without prior written consent.
12. Account Termination
FeetFansly reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, processor rules, or activities that create legal, financial or reputational risk.
13 Policy Update
FeetFansly may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
