FeetFansly is operated by Bitmap Coders LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. These policies govern use of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into one another. Last updated: 2025.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bitmap Coders LLC governing access to and use of FeetFansly. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.
The Platform is strictly intended for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher. No person under eighteen (18) may access, view, register for, use, upload to, purchase from, or otherwise interact with the Platform in any manner.
FeetFansly is a technology platform that allows creators to upload and distribute digital content, including adult-oriented and NSFW content, and allows users to subscribe to, purchase, unlock, view, or otherwise access such content. The Platform may also host AI-generated or synthetic content subject to the restrictions stated herein.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, all activities occurring under their account, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized use. We reserve the right to reject registrations, require additional verification, suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
Without limitation, users shall not upload any content involving minors; distribute non-consensual or trafficked content; impersonate any individual or entity; engage in fraud, phishing, money laundering, chargeback abuse, spam, or bot activity; reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform; use the Platform to facilitate trafficking or unlawful in-person sexual services; or harvest, resell, or redistribute content without authorization.
FeetFansly currently charges a platform commission of five percent (5%) on eligible creator transactions, subject to change upon reasonable notice. Additional processing fees, reserves, payout holds, taxes, and chargeback offsets may apply.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITMAP CODERS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID DURING THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR US $100.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may collect: identifiers (name, username, email, IP address, device IDs); commercial and transactional information; account profile information; content submissions and support requests; technical data (browser type, OS, timestamps, cookies, analytics); fraud-prevention and security data; and creator verification and compliance records.
We use personal information to create and maintain accounts; provide Platform features; process transactions and payouts; verify age and identity; moderate content and enforce policies; investigate fraud and abuse; communicate regarding account status; analyze performance and security; and comply with legal obligations.
We may disclose information to payment processors and payout partners; identity verification and fraud prevention providers; legal advisors, courts, and regulators; child-safety organizations; successors in a business transfer; and rights holders where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including to comply with payment, tax, litigation, and law-enforcement obligations. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data, though no transmission method is completely secure.

Certain categories may require review or approval, including fetish or niche content, public-place content, simulated violence, extreme degradation, content involving weapons, synthetic media that could be mistaken for real persons, and content likely to trigger processor flags.

If you believe removed material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement of good-faith belief, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate Federal District Court.
We may permanently terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices or that demonstrate a pattern of infringement or rights abuse.
Any creator uploading content that may fall within the scope of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257/2257A represents and warrants that all performers depicted were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production; legally sufficient government-issued identification was reviewed before production; all required records are maintained by the legally responsible producer(s); and all required records are accurate and available for lawful inspection.
FeetFansly may require creators to provide government-issued identification, performer releases, producer certifications, 2257/2257A compliance statements, custodian-of-record information, and any additional documents sufficient to satisfy our legal, processor, or platform risk requirements at any time before or after upload.
We may remove, refuse, suspend, or permanently ban any content or account where age or identity documentation is missing, inconsistent, or suspicious; where records are not produced upon request; or where the legality, provenance, or consent of content is uncertain.
Subject to legal and safety constraints, users may appeal content removals, account suspensions, payout holds, referral disqualifications, and other enforcement actions.
Send appeals to legal@feetfansly.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the decision. Include your account email and username, the challenged decision, reasons why you believe the decision is erroneous, and any supporting evidence.
Certain decisions — especially those involving minors, fraud, payment abuse, repeated violations, court orders, or processor directives — may be deemed final and non-appealable. FeetFansly reserves final decision rights in all cases.
FeetFansly accepts complaints relating to content, conduct, rights violations, consumer issues, billing disputes, privacy concerns, account misuse, impersonation, harassment, suspected underage content, and suspected unlawful activity.
Submit complaints to legal@feetfansly.com including your name and contact details, the nature of the complaint, account identifiers, URLs, screenshots, timestamps, supporting documents, and any emergency safety concerns.
We may acknowledge receipt, request additional information, temporarily disable content, preserve records, reject unsupported or abusive complaints, or escalate to trust-and-safety, legal counsel, payment processors, or law enforcement. We may decline to disclose internal moderation logic or investigation outcomes.
FeetFansly may offer a referral program under which eligible users may receive promotional credits, commissions, or other incentives for introducing new users to the Platform. The referral program is optional, promotional, revocable, and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without liability.
Where legally required, users participating in referral activity must clearly disclose their material relationship to FeetFansly or any creator, including in social media, messaging channels, or websites.
We may withhold, reverse, or claw back referral benefits for abuse, fraud, reversals, cancellations, chargebacks, or breach of these policies.
Creators are independent users and are not employees, agents, partners, or fiduciaries of Bitmap Coders LLC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Creators act entirely on their own behalf.
Creators must hold all rights necessary to upload, distribute, monetize, and license their content, including copyright rights; publicity and privacy rights; model and performer consents; location permissions; and all rights required for synthetic or AI-assisted depictions.
By uploading content, creators grant Bitmap Coders LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, moderate, and distribute content through the Platform and for related business operations including trust and safety, legal compliance, and dispute handling. This license survives content removal for a commercially reasonable time.
Creators are solely responsible for all taxes, registrations, filings, reporting obligations, and legal compliance arising from creator activity and earnings.
We may establish rolling reserves, payout holds, compliance holds, or offset mechanisms to cover refunds, chargebacks, fines, processor directives, taxes, or other exposure.
FeetFansly currently uses SegPay as a payment processor. All transactions are subject to processor rules, card-network rules, banking rules, anti-fraud controls, and compliance checks.
FeetFansly currently assesses a five percent (5%) platform commission on eligible creator transactions. Processor fees, reserves, rolling holds, tax withholdings, chargebacks, refunds, and related deductions may reduce net proceeds payable to creators.
Except where required by law, all sales may be final due to the digital and adult-oriented nature of the goods provided. We reserve the right to issue refunds, credits, or reversals in exceptional circumstances including suspected fraud, duplicate charges, or technical errors.
If a transaction is reversed, charged back, disputed, or found fraudulent, we may reverse associated payouts, debit creator balances, place reserves or holds, suspend monetization, and provide transaction records to processors and issuers.
We may delay, hold, or deny payouts for compliance review, fraud review, verification failures, account sanctions, legal obligations, processor directives, or unusual transaction patterns. We make no guarantee regarding subscriber volume, earnings, or creator income.
FeetFansly may permit AI-generated, AI-assisted, or otherwise synthetic content, subject to all applicable laws, rights-clearance obligations, payment processor restrictions, and Platform rules.

Where required by Platform policy or applicable law, creators must clearly and conspicuously label AI-generated or materially synthetic content.
We may impose additional review, stricter category restrictions, separate labeling requirements, or outright prohibition for any synthetic content category that creates legal, processor, or safety risk.
